Lauren King, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized care, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and medical weight loss. With a strong foundation in healthcare and a passion for wellness, Lauren brings years of experience and expertise to Memorable Healthcare.

Originally from Staten Island, NY, Lauren moved to East Mesa, Arizona in 1998, where she began her career in healthcare. She started in the emergency room as a registered nurse, gaining invaluable experience working in some of the valley's busiest ERs. Over the years, Lauren developed a deep understanding of patient care and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of those she treats.

Lauren earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Phoenix in 2015, and has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner ever since. Throughout her career, she has specialized in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss, helping patients not only balance their hormones but also achieve lasting weight loss results. As an EvexiPEL Certified Provider, Lauren offers the most advanced, tailored hormone treatments to support overall wellness and improve the quality of life for both men and women.

In 2024, Lauren and her husband, Alex, co-founded Memorable Healthcare with a shared vision to provide high-quality healthcare services in a compassionate and welcoming environment. Together, they created a space where patients feel supported and empowered in their wellness journey. Lauren’s mother, Lori, is the smiling face that greets patients, ensuring that every visit feels warm and inviting.

Outside of her professional life, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and two dogs. When she’s not in the office, Lauren is an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, camping, paddleboarding, and exploring all the natural wonders that Arizona has to offer.
