Lori Ortiz is the welcoming face and heart of Memorable Healthcare. As the office’s receptionist and front desk coordinator, Lori ensures that every patient feels valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. With her warm smile and friendly demeanor, she helps create a comfortable, inviting atmosphere for all who visit.

A retired insurance executive, Lori spent many years building a successful career before deciding to dedicate her time to supporting her daughter, Lauren King, in the growth of Memorable Healthcare. Lori’s background in business management and her deep connection with Lauren make her an invaluable part of the team, offering a calm and reassuring presence for patients.

Originally from New York, Lori moved to Arizona in 1998, where she has since made it her home. She is the widow of Joe Ortiz, Lauren's father, who passed away in 2022. Throughout her life, Lori has been Lauren’s best friend, confidante, and a major influence in her journey. They speak daily, and her support has been instrumental in both Lauren’s personal life and professional endeavors.

Outside of her role at Memorable Healthcare, Lori enjoys reading, playing bridge, and unwinding with friends at happy hour. Her positive attitude and sense of humor make her a beloved figure among patients and staff alike.
